Youth Groups

For all NHC CBT groups, youth must be referred by their clinician, either from NHC CBT or another office and have a release on file. Please call the office to arrange this, it only takes a moment.

Each youth group will run with a minimum of 5 and maximum of 8 participants.

If the current group is full, you are welcome to pre-register for the next group.
If your child is of a different age and would benefit from a group, please reach out as additional groups will be constructed based on need.
