Event Policies

If a participant, or potential participant would like to express a concern about an NHC CBT event they may call Sarah Revels at 603-659-0202 or email Sarah@nhccbt.com.

Although no particular outcome is guaranteed, Sarah will review the concern or complaint, make any decisions needed, and respond with in 5 business days.

Event fees are posted clearly on the events calendar and registration page, are noted in the Paypal cart prior to purchase, and reflected in the invoice provided. Fees are set individually for each event.

Refunds are issued if two weeks notice of cancelation is provided. Refunds will be provided via check. Participants must convey whom to make the check out to, and where to send it. Refunds will reflect the full amount paid for the event, minus any related fees such as PayPal’s processing fee if payment was submitted via card.

Participants who cancel less than two weeks prior to an event may not be entitled to a refund but will receive 50% of the fee paid in a credit toward another event within the same calendar year. After the calendar year has passed, the credit will be void.

If the need arises for NHC CBT to cancel or reschedule an event, all participants will be notified asap – via phone call and/or email address at the contact information provided during the registration process. Attempts will be made to either reschedule the event, provide full refunds, and/or credit toward future workshops. Each cancelation will be managed according to its unique situation and needs.
