Education

NHC CBT is dedicated to education for our community, new clinicians and our staff. One of the best ways to continue learning is to start teaching! We encourage our staff to branch out into faculty positions. If your educational organization is looking for quality adjunct staff, NHC CBT may have the right fit for you.

Supervision

Staff and Interns at NHC CBT have direct and peer supervision available to them, often above and beyond degree and licensing requirements. Each staff member participates in group collaboration once a month with the whole team, as well as some form of individual supervision and has the option for specialty group supervision as well.

Developing Specialties

Staff are supported financially and administratively in seeking out and securing training, supervision and certification in various specialties. ACT Diplomat Status is a common goal. NHC CBT provides unique pathways for continuing education and specialty development tracts for each and every staff member, starting at the intern level. Our Founder works with everyone from day 1 to map out their desired plan and routinely checks in to ensure opportunities for education and supervision are on track. AASECT, EMDR, AAT and other certifications are all encouraged and supported at NHC CBT.
